Meet Leyla

For many heart-led entrepreneurs, tech can feel like a constant headache… complicated, overwhelming, and something they’d rather avoid.

That was exactly the case for Leyla, a business mentor and healer who helps entrepreneurs align with their purpose and build intentional, soul-led businesses. Alongside her 1:1 work, she runs group programmes, courses, and workshops - all of which needed a more supportive and streamlined backend to match the depth of her work.

The Challenge

Leyla’s business felt more complicated than it needed to be. She was spending too much time in the backend, getting lost in clunky processes and feeling disconnected from the work she actually loved. Tech felt overwhelming, and without consistent support, things kept stalling. More than anything, she needed someone she could trust to simplify, take things off her plate, and help her stay in her creative flow.

Our Approach

We focused on removing the tech barriers while providing hands-on guidance and ongoing operational support, so Leyla not only had the right systems and structure in place but also the confidence to use them effectively. We supported her by:

  • Handling day-to-day admin, tech troubleshooting, and backend organisation - allowing her to focus on serving her clients without getting bogged down in operational tasks

  • Building automated workflows in Flodesk for nurture sequences and launches

  • Implemented Zapier automations to connect ThriveCart, Podia, and Flodesk, and other platforms, eliminating manual onboarding steps and keeping everything synced behind the scenes

  • Set up ThriveCart checkouts to create branded checkouts and streamline product delivery

  • Built and optimised her courses in Podia to curate a high-impact learning experience for her clients

  • Created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document processes clearly, so tasks could be easily handed off and completed without needing to check in with Leyla

  • Built Airtable databases to manage and track both internal operations and client data in one organised space
