Hi, we’re Devon & Alex
OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS CONSULTANTSWe’re a duo who traded corporate for freedom, flexibility, and a one-way ticket to explore the world. We wanted to build something purposeful of our own (and maybe answer emails from a beach once in a while).
Alex spent six years as a strategy and operations consultant at a Big Four firm, leading high-stakes projects and managing teams of up to 15 people, whilst Devon brings extensive experience as the right hand to entrepreneurs, overseeing their behind-the-scenes operations.
Together, we’ve found our sweet spot: helping founders bring in the systems and structure that actually support the kind of business (and life) they set out to create.
COS Studio exists to bring breathing room, clarity, and momentum to business owners through consulting, operations, and systems - the very inspiration behind our name. We’re here to help you finally step into the version of business that feels like you.
Because we’ve lived both sides - the hustle and the harmony - and we know which one we’re choosing.

Hey, I’m Devon
OBSESSED WITH WORKFLOWS & WAVESOriginally from the UK, I’m now living nomadically, seeking sun-kissed places to call home. When I'm not at my desk, you’ll find me on my yoga mat or catching some waves.
WHY COS STUDIO?I'm all about creating a balanced life where peace of mind comes first. I truly love freeing up founders from the confines of a to-do list and getting the business working in flow, so you can reprioritise your focus on what lights you up - whether that’s your zone of genius or those special moments outside of work.

ENGINEER TURNED BUSINESS STRATEGISTComing from Spain and the corporate world, I’ve traded long work days in an office for a location-freedom lifestyle. With a background in engineering and an MBA, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to COS Studio. Outside of work, you’ll often find me playing padel or boxing.
WHY COS STUDIO?After 6 years working as a strategy and operations consultant for Deloitte, I craved freedom whilst continuing my passion for the consulting world. I thrive on tackling business challenges, offering innovative solutions, and helping CEOs to achieve work-life balance.
