  • We’ll focus either on your setup of up to 2 platforms (e.g. ClickUp, Trello, Dubsado, Flodesk, etc.) or on 3 core business workflows (such as client onboarding, project delivery, or internal task and team management).

    If you’re not fully set up on any platforms, we can focus on your processes and then recommend the best tools for your needs.

  • You’ll receive your personalised action plan, video walkthrough of the document, and call recording within 24 - 48 working days after the strategy session.

    Once you’ve received your materials, your 7-day Slack support window will begin for any follow-up questions or clarification.

  • We’ve got you! If you want support with implementation, you can continue working with us through an Operations Retainer or a Systems Overhaul project depending on the requirements.
