Meet Krystle
Krystle is the founder of Nourish Our Minds, where she helps women overcome people-pleasing tendencies and heal from burnout through mind-body therapy, coaching, and nervous system regulation.
With a growing client base and multiple business streams - including 1:1 and group coaching programmes, courses, and a podcast - she knew she needed a more structured, efficient way to run her business.
The Challenge
Behind the scenes, Krystle was stretched. Managing clients, her podcast, and the day-to-day across too many platforms made everything feel clunky and disconnected. Admin and tech were pulling her away from her clients, and without a central system, it was hard to stay focused in her zone of genius and supporting her clients. What she really needed was a reliable support system in place to streamline her business and elevate her client experience so it felt as premium as her offerings.
Our Approach
We took a holistic approach to restructuring Krystle’s backend with our focus on making her backend function seamlessly, both for the team and her clients. Alongside her, we:
Audited and refined her tech stack by removing redundant tools and integrating platforms for a more efficient and cost-effective system
Set up a ClickUp workspace that helped her and her team feel organised and gave them clear visibility of projects and tasks
Automated repetitive tasks with Zapier to reduce manual workload, such as onboarding (sending and uploading contracts to Google Drive, activating Mailerlite workflows, and notifying the team in ClickUp)
Provided hands-on support - managing her podcast, admin, and tech, so she could focus on her zone of genius
Created Notion client portals to elevate the online experience and improve accessibility for her coaching clients
Set up her online courses, including a full ThriveCart setup, to streamline the client journey from purchase to delivery
Built email funnels in Mailerlite to support launches and nurture leads
Set up and managed Airtable databases to track analytics and manage her leads pipeline

Since implementing these backend changes and ongoing support, Krystle operates with clarity and confidence.
