Meet Sax
Sax is the founder of Creating Forward Studio, a strategy-first consultancy that supports purpose-led founders through brand building, business mentorship, and bold creative direction.
She already had a talented team in place - but what she needed was a partner. Someone who could help her bridge the gap between big-picture strategy and consistent, confident execution across her business backend.
The Challenge
Sax came to us with a lot in motion - launching new offers, running a six-person team, and building a new community experience. She didn’t just need task support, she needed a strategic partner to help her prioritise, organise, and stay accountable to her bigger vision.
With so many moving parts, her systems weren’t working together as smoothly as they could. There was no central place to manage sales, delivery, and internal projects, and key processes needed refining and restructuring. Sax was ready to streamline, focus, and scale - and was looking for the right support to bring it all together.
Our Approach
We joined Creating Forward Studio as an OBM and Tech VA duo, offering both high-level strategic input and done-for-you implementation to give structure to her big ideas and support across her systems, team, and projects. We helped her by:
Building a custom ClickUp workspace designed to support the full scope of Creating Forward Studio - including client delivery, internal projects, team management, and launches
Conducting a full business audit and developing a strategic plan to optimise operations, address gaps and bottlenecks, and create a clear path for sustainable growth
Designing and implementing a work methodology that integrates seamlessly with her ClickUp setup, giving her a clear view of goals, milestones, priorities, and delegation
Creating a detailed P&L to support strategic decision-making and give her a clearer view of revenue and growth
Creating and executing a strategic launch roadmap for her new membership and community platform in Heartbeat - including setup and a detailed delivery structure to support multiple tiers and member experiences
Coordinating team and project operations, helping prioritise and delegate work so her team could execute confidently without bottlenecks
Setting up ThriveCart products and checkouts for branded workflows and streamlined product delivery
Implementing Zapier and Make automations to streamline key processes - such as onboarding members from purchase through to community access - to reduce manual work
Training her team on the new systems, ensuring everyone had the tools, context, and confidence to work within the setup long-term
The Transformation
