Meet Aggie

Aggie McCabe is a leading thyroid nutritionist and mind-body coach, known for helping women heal their thyroid and reconnect with their health through science-backed strategies and somatic work.

As her signature programme BLOOM continues to grow - alongside 1:1 mentorship and new course offerings - Aggie knew it was time to bring in operational support that could match the pace of her expanding business.

The Challenge

Aggie came to us feeling stretched thin, constantly caught between launching and delivering, without the space to focus on content, side projects, or building the automated systems she knew would support long-term growth. Her backend felt messy and time-consuming, and it was starting to impact how she showed up for her clients. She wasn’t just looking for help - she needed a partner to bring structure and momentum to her operations so she could lead without feeling burnt out.

Our Approach

We stepped in as Aggie’s hybrid OBM and Tech VA team - blending strategic support with hands-on implementation. Our focus was to reduce manual tasks and keep everything moving behind the scenes. We supported her by:

  • Creating and executing a migration plan from Kajabi to ThriveCart Learn and Flodesk - building a tailored course structure, setting up all user journeys, and ensuring a seamless, risk-free transition for users.

  • Defining a strategic roadmap for building her course and community platform on the Heartbeat, providing both technical and strategic support throughout the implementation

  • Migrating and optimising automations from Zapier to Make for a more efficient and cost-effective setup

  • Managing the full community and course platform - from onboarding and curriculum setup to engagement and live call logistics

  • Overseeing her CRM, Practice Better, including payments, contracts, onboarding, file management, and follow-ups

  • Creating and maintaining Airtable databases to manage leads, client info, and internal team workflows

  • Troubleshooting tech issues across platforms to keep everything running smoothly

  • Building email workflows to automate launch and nurture sequences
