With decades of experience behind them, Paige and the team recognised that while their reputation for excellence was well established, their systems hadn’t evolved at the same pace. It was time to modernise their backend and elevate their client experience to match the standard of their work.
The Challenge
After decades of delivering exceptional results for their clients, Traditional Group had built a reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and care. But behind the scenes, their systems still relied heavily on manual work and back-and-forth communication, which slowed down operations and client responses - often leaving the team chasing late payments and sending manual follow-ups.
Paige and her team wanted to streamline everything by introducing an intuitive system that would reduce manual tasks, centralise processes, and elevate their client journey to feel as refined and seamless as the spaces they create.
Our Approach
We built a custom Dubsado system designed to simplify operations while maintaining the Traditional Group’s signature sense of quality and care. As part of the build, we:
Audited their existing workflows and mapped out an optimised client journey to eliminate unnecessary steps and bring clarity to their process.
Created branded, custom-coded proposals and forms that showcase their brand and make every stage - from enquiry to handover - feel polished and cohesive.
Developed canned email templates written in the Traditional Group’s warm, professional tone to ensure consistency across all client communications.
Designed automated workflows for client onboarding, project delivery, and offboarding, removing repetitive manual tasks and ensuring each client receives a consistent, high-touch experience.
Integrated appointment scheduling, contracts, and invoicing, including payment plans, to streamline the booking process and keep everything centralised in one place.
Provided live training and video tutorials, ensuring the team felt confident navigating and managing their new system.
