✔️ Implemented Zapier automations to ensure her platforms communicate seamlessly, so she doesn’t have to manually move information between them.

✔️ Set up and optimised her website & course platform, making it easy for clients to book, purchase, and access programs without friction.

✔️ Created SOPs and a client management database in Airtable to create a clear, structured system for managing her growing business.

✔️ Provided ongoing accountability and support — helping Leyla not just set up her systems, but actually use them with confidence, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
