Meet Krystle

Krystle is the founder of Nourish Our Minds, where she helps women overcome people-pleasing tendencies and heal from burnout through mind-body therapy, coaching, and nervous system regulation.

With a growing client base and multiple business streams — including 1:1 and group coaching programs, digital products, and a podcast — she knew she needed a more structured, efficient way to run her business.
